Brandon Fraleigh DPT
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, endurance coach, and athlete. I started running competitively in high school and it has shaped my whole life -from friendships made to my career and health. My favorite distances to race are the 5K and half marathon.
I coach at the high school level as well as on a 1:1 basis. I enjoy coaching runners of all skill levels who are hard-working, committed, and looking for more structure to challenge themselves.

My aim as your coach isn’t just to help you hit your race goal. I want to partner with you to help you grow as a runner. That might mean helping you build confidence, lean into new kinds of training, or learn how to find better balance in your training.
I apply a science-based framework while prioritizing your safety and monitoring your performance. I believe the best results come with time and consistent effort, not short bursts of all-out training.
As we work together to reach your goals, I value your commitment and feedback. I learn something new from every person I work with and enjoy getting to know you.
