Physical Therapy Consultation - $175
If pain or injury is preventing you from training, I want to help you get back to it as soon as possible. Your initial visit is our first step in understanding your problem and goals, building a plan, and mapping out how I can help you long-term.
Your initial visit includes:
A thorough review of your medical and training history
Orthopedic and functional movement examination
Discussion of findings and collaborative development of a recovery strategy
A comprehensive summary after your visit, including:
A summary of your visit and information on your injury
Injury analysis based on your medical history, training loads, exam findings, and health indicators
Specific rehab exercises and training adjustments
Gait, footwear, or recovery modifications if needed
Recommendations for follow-up or referral
Ongoing support to check progress or ask questions.
These visits are available to those who have already completed an initial evaluation and want to check progress, address setbacks, or just want ongoing guidance.
During these visits we’ll assess the effectiveness of your program, discuss concerns or setbacks, set new goals together, and make updates to your program. Throughout this visit, I’ll provide guidance to help you understand your body’s response to the plan and why we are making specific adjustments.
Physical Therapy Follow-up - $125
*In-person visits are available for those within 30 minutes of Waukesha. I come to you, or we meet at a mutually convenient location! Outside of that area, visits are conducted via telehealth.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see you?
No referral from a physician is needed to see me for physical therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
My practice is cash-based, meaning I do not work with any insurance companies. This allows me to spend more time with each person and focus on what matters most in your care. However, I can provide you with documentation for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I accept cash, check, card, or Venmo. For legal reasons, I cannot provide physical therapy services for those covered under Medicare plans.
What kind of injuries do you treat?
I treat a wide range of running-related and lifting injuries including muscle strains, Achilles issues, ankle sprains, stress fractures, shin splints, runner’s knee, IT band syndrome, groin pain, hip flexor injuries, glute pain, low back pain, and more.
Where do you practice?
For your convenience, as long as you’re within 30 minutes of Waukesha, I’ll come to you! I’m more than happy to come to your home or, circumstances permitting, meet at a track, gym, or park.
If you’re not in my local area, I also offer telehealth assessments. Many problems can be assessed through a thorough history and movement exam. You’ll need a clear, open space to move, a good internet connection, and a way to video chat.
