Policies
At Runner’s Corner PT and Performance, I am dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality service for each of my clients. To ensure that both of us have the best experience, I ask that you kindly review the following policies.
Physical Therapy
1. Visit Logistics
To make care accessible while respecting your time and mine, I offer in-person visits within a 30-minute radius of Waukesha. I am happy to bring my equipment to your home, a park, or a track pending favorable weather.
If you’re located outside my local area, I’m happy to provide the same high-quality care through a telehealth visit. All you need is an open space where I can see you move well, a good internet connection, and a way to talk via Google Meet.
2. Payment for Services
All services are cash-based and require pre-payment to confirm your appointment. I’ll send a payment link after we confirm a time. Accepted payments include credit/debit card and Venmo.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or Rescheduling: Life happens, and I understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly request that you clearly communicate via email at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows: If you no-show an appointment without prior notice, you will not be refunded.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. *See exceptions below
4. Exceptions
Cancellation and no-show fees do not apply to free, 15-minute phone consultations or coaching interviews.
If you or I are experiencing internet problems or technical difficulties during a virtual visit, we'll make every effort to reschedule at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.
I completely understand that unexpected situations (e.g., illness, work) can occur. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I offer a one-time exemption from the cancellation fee.
5. Refunds
For visits that were cancelled outside of 24 hours with no plan to re-schedule, refunds will be distributed within 24 hours.
Why this Policy?
I want to make sure I respect both your time and mine. As a mobile provider, I make specific arrangements to meet with you, which includes commuting to your location and preparing for our visit. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent me from serving other clients and create challenges in managing my schedule. By having this policy in place, it helps ensure that I can continue providing the best service and be mindful of everyone's time.
Running Coaching
For flexibility and convenience, I offer different payment options for running coaching services. Accepted payments include cash or check (following in-person interviews), credit/debit card, and Venmo.
1. Payment Options
Pay in Full for 3 Months
The full payment for 3 months of coaching is due prior to building out your initial plan. This option ensures commitment to the coaching process, and we can start building your plan right away.
Pay Monthly
If you prefer to pay monthly, payments will be due at the start of each month for the duration of your coaching plan. The first payment is due prior to building out your initial plan.
2. Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date will incur a $25 late fee.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, coaching services will be suspended until payment is received.
3. Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the services, there are no refunds after coaching services begin.
4. Cancellation of Coaching
If you need to cancel or pause your coaching program, please inform me at least 7 days in advance. You’ll only be charged for the period that has already occurred, and no further payment will be due.
Why this Policy?
This policy is designed to provide flexibility and fairness for both of us. Coaching is highly personalized, and a significant amount of time goes into designing your plan, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. Clear expectations around payment and cancellations help ensure I can dedicate the time and attention each runner deserves, while also respecting the value of the service and the effort behind it.
