I’M BRANDON FRALEIGH
My mission is to provide the highest quality rehabilitation, coaching, and education to runners in my community. My most important goals are helping you understand your problem, minimizing the time you spend in therapy, and connecting people to the sport of running.

Why Work with Me?
My Approach is Different. And it Works.
Most PT models get it backwards: they chase pain with more visits, more exercises, or more manual therapy without working towards the real goal. I keep the purpose of therapy on simple solutions to get you out of pain and return you to training.
I help you understand what your injury is and what went wrong in your training ecosystem that led to it.
I spend more time with you, so you leave without unanswered questions and with realistic timeframes for recovery.
I support your autonomy, meaning the more you want to do on your own is fine with me.
I offer long-term partnership, like your family doctor for injury, pain, and exercise.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from traditional physical therapy?
Traditional PT often focuses on frequent, rushed, visits for isolated injuries. I take a long-term, holistic approach - acting as your “family PT” who understands not just pain and injury, but also your training and lifestyle. As a running coach, I combine injury care with smart training guidance.
Do I need a referral to see you?
No referral from a physician is needed to see me for physical therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
My practice is cash-based, meaning I do not work with any insurance companies. This allows me to spend more time with each person and focus on what matters most in your care. I accept cash, check, or Venmo; however, I legally cannot provide physical therapy services for those covered under Medicare plans.
Please see my policies for more details about payment.
What kind of injuries do you treat?
I treat a wide range of running-related and lifting injuries including muscle strains, Achilles issues, ankle sprains, stress fractures, shin splints, runner’s knee, IT band syndrome, groin pain, hip flexor injuries, glute pain, low back pain, and more.
Where do you practice?
For your convenience, as long as you’re within 30 minutes of Waukesha, I’ll come to you! I’m more than happy to come to your home or, circumstances permitting, meet at a track, gym, or park.
If you’re not in my local area, I also offer telehealth assessments. Many problems can be assessed through a thorough history and movement exam. You’ll need a clear, open space to move, a good internet connection, and a way to video chat via Google Meet.
